What is Pollzy?

Pollzy is a social polling app where users create and vote on A vs. B polls, comment, follow other users, and engage with trending content.

Who can use Pollzy?

Pollzy is for users 16 years and older.

Is Pollzy free?

Yes. Pollzy is currently free to use and ad-supported.

Is Pollzy subscription-based?

Not currently. If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown in-app and/or in app store listings.

Do I need an account?

Yes. A Pollzy account is required to use core app features, including viewing polls, voting, commenting, following users, and notifications.

What types of polls can I create?

Pollzy currently supports binary polls (Option A vs Option B) with captions and images.

Can I share polls?

Yes. You can share poll links and share content to supported social apps from within Pollzy.

When do I see results?

Poll results appear after you vote.

Why is my poll or comment missing?

Content may be hidden or removed if it violates Community Guidelines, is under moderation review, or is scheduled for deletion.

How do I report content or a user?

Use the in-app Report option on polls, comments, or user profiles. Reports are reviewed by moderation/admin workflows.

What actions can moderation take?

Depending on severity and history, Pollzy may take no action, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts.

How do notifications work?

You can receive in-app and push notifications for activity such as follows, comments, mentions, shares, and other events. Notification preferences are configurable in Settings.

How does the Vibe Check unlock work?

Some Vibe Check access is unlocked through rewarded ads. Ads require a native build, not Expo Go.

How is my data handled?

Pollzy uses Firebase and related services for authentication, storage, and app operations. For full details, see the links below.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion is processed as quickly as practical, generally within 30 days, subject to legal and security exceptions.
